Game of Thrones Kickstarter Suspended for Copyright Infringement

A Game of Thrones Card Game was launched on Kickstarter last week... but it turns out the creator had no permission to create a game based on the license from HBO, Fantasy Flight, George R. R. Martin, or... anyone.
